The guests of Allah are a trust in our care. This charter sets out what we pledge to every guest who travels with us, from the moment of booking until their return.

Before Travel

  • A clear contract stating the program, hotels, transport, price and included services.
  • An official receipt for every payment.
  • Follow-up on your visa process, keeping you informed at every stage.
  • Written guidance on what you need for the journey.

During the Journey

  • An accompanying guide and supervisor available around the clock.
  • Accommodation in the hotels stated in the program, or equivalent in case of unforeseen circumstances.
  • Comfortable, organized transport between cities and holy sites.
  • A direct emergency contact number throughout the trip.

Your Right to Complain

If you are not satisfied with any service, contact the accompanying supervisor directly or our management on WhatsApp. We commit to taking every complaint seriously, responding as quickly as possible, and resolving what can be resolved during the trip itself.
