Terms of Guidance

These terms set out the basis of dealing between Maather Makkah for Travel & Umrah and its guests on Umrah and Hajj programs. They are read together with the contract signed for each trip; in case of any difference, the signed contract prevails.

Booking & Registration

  • A booking is confirmed once the contract is signed (electronically or on paper) and the agreed payment is made.
  • Guests must provide correct and complete information and documents, and a passport valid for the period required by the authorities.
  • Prices shown on the website are per person unless stated otherwise, and may vary by room type, booking date and availability.

Payments

  • An official receipt is issued for every payment.
  • Deadlines for completing payment and refund terms in case of cancellation are set out in the signed contract.

During the Journey

  • Guests must keep to departure and transfer times and follow the instructions of the accompanying guide and supervisor.
  • Guests must respect the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the instructions of the authorities at the Two Holy Mosques and border crossings.
  • Guests are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings.

Unforeseen Changes

Trip dates, hotels or means of transport may change due to circumstances beyond our control (official decisions, weather, operational conditions). In such cases we commit to providing an alternative of the same standard or as close as possible, and to informing guests as soon as possible.

Visas & Permits

Visas and permits are issued at the discretion of the competent official authorities. We submit and follow up applications on the guest's behalf in accordance with applicable regulations.
